Do I Need an Account to Shop on Soffe Wholesale?

Yes. Before you can start shopping, you must first register an account with us. A signed copy of your Sales Tax Exemption Certificate is required and may be uploaded as part of the registration process. Once your registration is submitted, it will be reviewed. If approved, you will receive an email within 3 days containing your website login information.


Why Can’t I View Pricing or Inventory?

You must have an account registered with us and be logged into the website to view pricing and inventory.


Is a Minimum Order Amount Required?

There is no minimum order amount after first $500 order for new accounts. Order only what you need.


Does Soffe Ship Outside the United States?

We ship only within the contiguous 48 states. 


Does Soffe Ship to PO/APO/FPO Boxes?

We ship to street addresses only.


Which Carriers Does Soffe Use for Shipping?

Depending on the size of your order, we utilize UPS SurePost, UPS Ground, or truckline services for delivery. For orders under $250, shipping is a flat rate of $11.00. Orders over $250 ship for free.


May I Use My Own Shipping Account?

You may ship on your own UPS account number. This number may be entered during the checkout process.


Can I Ship to More Than One Address?

Orders cannot be split; each order must ship to one address.


How Long Will My Order Take to Arrive?

Orders ship within 3 to 5 business days from our distribution center in North Carolina. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.  

Please note that shipping times may be longer than usual during holidays (November and December) and high sales volume times.

 

Does Soffe Accept Returns?

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product, please contact our customer service team for assistance. Returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be requested within 30 days of purchase.

Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?

Soffe accepts the following payment methods for online purchases:

Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diner’s Club. Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.

Net 30 Terms: If you are granted Net Terms, you may check out using the Net Terms button in the shopping cart. Payment is due within 30 days, after which interest may be due. Payments may be made via Check or Credit Card. We also accept Wire Transfers as a form of payment by calling Customer Service at 833-694-4668.


How Do I Apply for Net Terms?

The Net Terms application is an optional part of the registration process. If you have already registered an account and would like to apply for Net Terms, please contact Customer Service for assistance.


How Do I View My Past Orders?

Orders may be viewed under My Account. If you need to place a repeat of a previous order, you may easily do so from this page. You may also print out a copy of your order.


How Do I Get a Copy of My Invoices?

All of your invoices can be found under My Account.

 

Can I Add Multiple Users to My Account?

Yes, as the Main Contact, you may add any number of users to your account and assign them roles.


Can I Have Multiple Shipping Addresses Added to My Account?

Yes, you can add as many shipping addresses as you need and select one of them when placing your order.


Can I Change My Billing Address?

To change your billing address, please contact Customer Service.
