third-party providers may also use cookies to serve targeted ads from Google, Facebook, Bing, SourceKnowledge, and
other third-party vendors.
Please see below for more information
regarding the technologies that we may use.
Cookies. A
cookie is a small piece of data stored by your web browser on your computer or
mobile device. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a
website or web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you. We use
cookies to collect information from you regarding your usage of the Site in
order to remember user preferences and settings, track your orders as you shop
on our Site and remember items in your Shopping Bag, personalize your

These technologies do not reside on your computer but are embedded in the Site
and are used to communicate with the cookies on your computer so we can learn
more about how you use our Site. For instance, a web beacon will let us see how
often you view a specific page within a Site. Web beacons can also be used to
identify any cookies on your computer placed when you view an advertisement for
the Site somewhere else on the Internet. This allows us to monitor the
effectiveness of our advertising efforts. We also may include web beacons in
advertisements or email messages to determine whether messages have been opened
and acted upon. The information we obtain in this manner enables us to
customize the services we offer on our Site, to deliver targeted
advertisements, and to measure the overall effectiveness of our online

variety of functions, including the measurement of visitors’ interest in and
use of various portions or features of the Site. Anonymized or aggregated

Privacy Policy.

We and our third-party providers share and

We provide you with the opportunity to update
certain personally identifiable information and to opt-out of having
information collected for certain purposes. For example, you may:
·
update your account information;
·
deactivate your account;
·
choose whether to receive promotions and offers from us;
·
change your preferences for certain communications; and
·
request access to your personally identifiable information.
You may exercise your choices by contacting us
via the Contact Us information provided below or following the
instructions provided in the electronic communications sent to you.
Because we plan our communications in advance,
it may take several weeks for your request to become effective. If you continue
to receive our communications after expressing an opt-out preference, please
let us know so that we can investigate the situation. We will, however,
continue to send transaction-based emails if you engage in a transaction,
request customer support, or make similar requests.
In some cases, if you choose not to provide us
with the requested information, we may not be able to complete your transaction
or respond to your request.
Cookies and Other
Technologies. You may stop or restrict the placement of cookies on your
computer or remove them from your browser by adjusting your web browser
preferences. You may opt-out of the automatic collection of some information by
referring to your web browser’s or mobile device’s options or settings menu.
However, doing so may disable many of the portions, features, or functionality
of our Site. For example, most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but
you have the choice to set your browser to accept or reject cookies. Each
browser is different, so check the “Help” menu of your browser to learn how to
change your cookie preferences or visit http://www.allaboutcookies.org for
more information. Please note that cookie-based opt-outs must be performed on
each device and browser that you wish to have opted-out. For example, if you
have opted-out on your computer browser, that opt-out will not be effective on
your mobile device. You must separately opt-out on each device. Cookie-based
opt-outs may not be effective on some mobile interfaces, but on many mobile
devices users may opt-out of certain mobile advertisements via their device
settings.
Targeted Ads. You
can opt out of targeted ads served via specific third party vendors by visiting
the Digital Advertising Alliance at http://optout.aboutads.info/?c=2&lang=EN or
the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) at https://thenai.org/opt-out/. You
can also choose not to be included in Google Analytics, https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Advertisements on third party websites that contain the AdChoices link may have
been directed to you based on anonymous nonpersonal information collected by
advertising partners over time and across websites. These advertisements
provide a mechanism to opt-out of the advertising partners’ use of this
information for interest-based advertising purposes.
Rights
of Access, Rectification, Erasure, and Restriction. Where
permitted by applicable law, you may inquire as to whether Soffe is processing
personal information about you, request access to personal information, and ask
that we correct, amend or delete your personal information where it is
inaccurate or has been processed in violation of your rights under data privacy
laws that apply where you live. Where otherwise permitted by applicable law,
you may use the Contact Us information provided below to request access to, receive,
seek rectification, or request erasure of personal information held about you
by us. Please include your full name, email address associated with your
account and a detailed description of your data request. Such requests will be
processed in accordance with local laws. We use good faith efforts to provide
individuals with access to their personal information, but there may be
circumstances in which we are unable to provide access, including but not
limited to where the information contains legal privilege, would compromise
others’ privacy or other legitimate rights, where the burden or expense of
providing access would be disproportionate to the risks to the individual’s
privacy in the case in question, or where it is commercially proprietary. If we
determine that access should be restricted in any particular instance, we will
provide you with an explanation of why that determination has been made and a
contact point for any further inquiries. To protect your privacy, we will take
commercially reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access to
or making any changes to your personal information.
If you are a resident of California, your rights under California law are described in more detail in Section 15.

reasonable physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards to help protect
your personally identifiable information from unauthorized access, use, and

which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and
Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card

transmitting or storing data is ever completely secure, and therefore, we
cannot guarantee that your personally identifiable information will never be
accessed, used, or disclosed in a manner that is inconsistent with this Privacy

that we may communicate with you electronically regarding security, privacy and
administrative issues relating to your use of the Site. If we learn of a
security breach, we may attempt to notify you electronically by posting a
notice on the Site or sending an email to you. You may have a legal right to
receive this notice in writing.

described in this Privacy Policy for as long as you use the Site or as
necessary to fulfill the purpose(s) for which it was collected, resolve
disputes, establish legal defenses, conduct audits, pursue legitimate business
purposes, enforce our agreements, and comply with applicable laws. When we are
no longer required to retain your personal information as described above, we
will destroy, erase, or de-identify it in accordance with our data retention
policies and applicable law. Legal requirements, however, may require us to
retain some or all of the personal information we hold for a period of time
that is longer than that for which we might otherwise hold it.

share certain content from the Site on Facebook, Instagram, and other third

override these settings or options. However, at this time there is no uniform
or consistent industry standard or definition for responding to, processing, or
communicating DNT signals. Thus, like many other websites and online services,
the Si are currently unable to respond to DNT signals. To find out more about
